Forrest Group's Runaway Success

Back in August, we published a news story about five board members of Forrest Group who were training to run the New York Marathon and raise funds for Yorkhill Children's Foundation.

Well, the intrepid team, including their two "Trainers", flew out to The Big Apple and completed the race on November 1st, running the 26 mile route which wound its way over five bridges before finishing in Central Park.

And as part of a year-long programme of support for Yorkhill Children's Foundation, the runners raised an unbelievable £25,000 in sponsorship. On their return, they paid a visit to the hospital to hand over their cheque.
