The fourth annual Yorkhill Dinner takes place on Thursday 11 November 2010 at the five-star Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow. It will be attended by around 400 guests and promises to be a fabulous evening of delicious food, unforgettable entertainment, guest speakers and money-can’t-buy prizes. The event provides an excellent opportunity for companies to entertain clients, staff and friends whilst raising much needed funds for the sick children at Yorkhill Hospital.

This year's guest speakers are comedian, actor and impressionist Alistair McGowan and 11 time Gold Medallist Paralympic athlete, Dame Tanni Grey-Thompson. More entertainment comes from MacUmba and Men In Coats.

The proceeds from this year’s Yorkhill Dinner will go towards the creation of a state-of-the-art diagnostic suite for the Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) clinic within the Outpatients Department at Yorkhill Hospital. Consisting of three treatment rooms with highly specialised equipment, the suite will compete with the best in the world and will be dedicated to providing gold standard care for children with ENT conditions ranging from breathing and feeding issues to difficulties with hearing or balance. The high-use unit will also improve efficiency, greatly reduce waiting times and allow specialist doctors and nurses to increase patient numbers from 8,000 to 11,000 every year.
