Look At Leonna Now

Nicola Bowie and Darryl Cleary have gone all out to show their gratitude to the Yorkhill medics who looked after their daughter Leonna.  Leonna was rushed to Yorkhill straight after being born ten weeks premature in 2008.  She had contracted a serious gastrointestinal disease which resulted in her spending eight months in our hospital.  Now a bouncing fourteen month old, Leonna is at her home with her parents, older sister Lauren and twin brother Leon.  Her delighted family planned a fundraising evening at the Lady Alice Bowling Club in November 2009, which included a disco, raffle and auction, and raised an incredible £2,700 for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Fund here at Yorkhill!
