There are many ways that nurseries and schools can get involved with fundraising for Yorkhill Children’s Foundation, and we would be delighted to have your school or nurseries support. We have plenty of ideas and resources for teachers and children of all ages, and our fundraisers are delighted to visit local schools to give a presentation to the children, on the work of Yorkhill Children’s Foundation.
'Too Cool for School'
Yorkhill Children’s Foundation has launched a brand new schools’ campaign. 'Too Cool for School' is a fun-filled, non-uniform day which is a great way for children to get involved and raise funds for a very special cause. Learning about projects such as MediCinema and the Clown Doctors often helps children understand the real and lasting difference their contribution can make to help us put smiles back on the faces of sick children. We are always delighted to see young people in Scotland help other young people, and develop a strong sense of responsibility and citizenship, in line with the current Curriculum for Excellence.
Your school can make a real difference today!
