School doesn’t stop just because a child is in hospital – we have both a primary and a secondary classroom onsite at Yorkhill, with qualified teachers and a link to the national curriculum. The Foundation recently provided the hospital school with a state-of-the-art SMART Board, which is linked to a computer and the internet to enable highly interactive teaching and learning. The board is mounted on a movable frame so it can be used by children of all heights and abilities.
