Recycle for Us!

Printer and Toner Cartridges

Yorkhill Children's Foundation works alongside the experts at Reclaim It to recycle printer and toner cartridges. Reclaim It will recycle most brands of genuine cartridge including: HP, Lemxark, Epson, Canon and Brother. For a full list of products please visit the Reclaim It websire. Please note: they cannot however accept recycled or refill cartridges.

Mobile Phones

Reclaim It will also recycle all mobile phones for Yorkhill Children's Foundation. No matter how old or new, Reclaim It will recycle all brands of mobile phone.

If you work in an organisation which use a large number of printer/ toner cartridges you can request a free courier service to uplift full boxes of cartridges for recycling. Mobile phones can be recycled with the cartridges, however please ensure that phones are protected from toner ink.

We can also offer you recycling envelopes for your home and office.

There is also a recycling deposit box located at the Yorkhill Children’s Foundation Gift Shop which can be found at the Main Entrance of the hospital.

Stamps

With your help Yorkhill Children's Foundation can collect stamps and sell them per kilo to raise funds for our numerous worthwhile projects. We will accept large or small quantities of stamps as every little stamp helps!

Textiles

Nathan's Wastesavers service and maintain charity textile banks for Yorkhill Children's Foundation and we would like to encourage everyone to donate their unwanted textiles in one of our charity textile banks. Please click this link for a full list of the locations of Yorkhill Children's Foundation supported banks. 

NEW! We can now supply your organisation with a bespoke, outdoor or indoor textile bank. The banks are serviced regularly or with a simple phone call. Doing this will raise further much needed funds for Yorkhill Children's Foundation.

And now you can recycle your CAR for us too!

We have just teamed up with Giveacar, the UK's innovative car donation service.  They will organise free collection of your old or scrap vehicle from anywhere in the UK, and raise money from it either through eco-friendly scrapping or auction.  The money raised is then to donated to Yorkhill Children's Foundation.  Visit www.giveacar.co.uk/donate-a-car-to-charity/yorkhill-childrens-foundation to recycle your car for us today!
